When You Should Eat
You don’t have to be seriously restrictive with diet food nutrition in order to lose weight. That sounds like it might be bad advice but there’s a trick to it. You must eat smaller meals more often. The typical diet food nutrition program requires you to eat about every three hours or so. A meal might consist of a small piece of protein, a carbohydrate, a piece of fruit and some vegetables. Figure Out Your Daily Needs

After all, you don’t want to eat too little because you don’t want to feel sluggish. On the other hand, if you take in too much you will end up even fatter. Depending on your daily activity level, you can either multiply your current weight by 13,14, or 15 to determine exactly how many calories you need, thirteen being sedentary and fifteen being highly active on your feet most of the day. Further, you subtract 500 from that total if you want to lose weight. If you just want to maintain your current weight then your diet food nutrition plan should not subtract anything, and just make sure to distribute your calories equally over your five or six meals.
