A Simple Diet Without Harmful Side Effects

Many people today are overweight, or at least think they are. There are so many diets out there, whether it be pills, crash diets, or reading every single label on every single thing you buy. Pay attention because this simple diet that I’m about to introduce will help you to burn fat fast.

There is a simpler way to diet. A person feels more like exercising when they have energy to do so, so the question becomes how to get more energy. Food is the body’s source of energy, so eating more at the beginning of the day will help promote more energy.

Eggs are a filling food but not so large that they stretch out your stomach. Some other good suggestions are waffles with a fruit topping, a few strips of bacon, grits, and some orange juice.

Cereal has a lot of vitamins and minerals (even the generic kind) so if you like cereal make it a part of your balanced energy breakfast. Try not to drink too much milk by itself though; it can be quite fattening.

For those of you looking for something different, you could try eating a type of whole grain pasta for breakfast. Frozen stuffed ravioli with tomato sauce and spices is a good choice, so long as you don’t fix too much of it.

Your choices are nearly unlimited, even if you like the traditional breakfast. Eggs with whole grain toast, a turkey sausage patty or two turkey bacon strips, and some fresh squeezed juice makes for a well balanced breakfast that will help you to get through the day. Eat a big breakfast for ultimate fat burning…fast.

Just remember not to pig out like this for every meal; just breakfast Don’t worry though, there are many light combinations out there that taste good as well.
