Fast Abs KISS Meal System - Things Needed

Keep your fast abs routine simple or you won’t keep it at all. Many of us won’t remain committed to our fast abs system if we don’t make it a cinch to do. Who’s go the time??? With working, babies, laundry, errands, etc…Who’s got time to prepare 6 meals a day to get fast abs?
Let’s start with supplies
Shaker Bottle - You can get these at most health food stores, I love the new ones that come with a small wire wisk ball inside. These can be life savers for your nutrition plan when you don’t have access to your kitchen or blender.
Water Jug - Stainless steel is the best, but if you can’t find those, look for one that is safe and non-toxic. You want to be drinking plenty of water throughout the day, especially first thing in the morning when you wake up.
Sealable Plastic Baggies - An assortment of sizes, these are awesome for keeping leftovers and having them accessible on the go. These are also awesome for separating lone allotments of goodies such as a nut mix.
Small Containers With Lids - Super for taking your lunch or storing leftovers, I would stay away from heating things up in these if you can. These are super for wrapping separate meals for storing in the refrigerator, and you could prepare enough for the week ahead at one time. One more time, snag and go!
Pyrex containers - Assorted sizes for quick cooking in the microwave. Throughout this site you will find good examples of basic meals you can heat up with these.
Ice Crusher / Blender - Most brands are fine, I prefer a step up from the base plastic models. These are super for adding some variety to your shakes whether they be protein or meal replacement.
Nonstick frying pan - Medium size is fine, unless your cooking for two or more, get the large size. Eggs, chicken, and a lot of other stuff as well are what it’s great for cooking…
Small Toaster Oven - Who’s got time for the oven to heat up? Speed up your prep time so that you stick with it. When you are in a rush…….who has got the time to let the main oven warm up???
When beginning these are the key staples. You can get more fancy and high tech but remember to keep it simple so that you stick with it and achieve your goal of fast abs.
