The real problem here is everyones body works different, so theres no hard and fast number that is going to work for everyone.

Lets say you’re a female that weighs around 120 pounds right? Well I’d say for most females at this weight you’d need to consume much less than a 6′5 man who weighs around three hundred pounds. So when wondering how many calories should i eat to shed some pounds consider all the factors listed in this piece. But there also are other factors that come into action like genetics and other medical issues.
