When I said to start at the very top so as to lose pounds I literally meant your head. That is’s about as high up at the very top as you can go. Our minds are very forceful when it comes to changing our habits. I lately did a seven day detox and the first two days you’ve got to fast.how to lose 10 pounds in a week? I was completely astonished by the battle that went on within my head! Although I was not feeling hungry physically my brain kept announcing do you want a cookie or apple or something.
No one ever informed me that I might have this battle going on inside my head. Which was pretty impossible to ignore. So the 1st step in losing 10 pounds in a week is to be told how to battle or ignore the tiny voice in your head. Try going outside for a little walk or meditating. Seven - Drink only filtered, purified or distilled water and lots of it!
